Partners agree to honor all confirmed bookings received through Tripooty unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and settlement terms will be communicated separately between Tripooty and the partner. Payments will be processed according to the agreed business terms.
Partners must clearly communicate their cancellation policies. Failure to honor confirmed bookings may result in penalties, temporary suspension, or removal from the platform.
Tripooty reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any partner account for fraud, misleading information, poor customer service, repeated complaints, or violation of this policy.
